FAQs

What is your Yoga class like?

These unique classes are like a mini retreat. Each week I create a new sequence focusing on a chakra, body part or theme. We move and find stillness in asana & breath work. Props are provided(Pole, wall, feet up & straps) Massage is woven throughout the practice. This is open to all bodies and abilities. Class size is limited to ensure intimacy and individual attention.

How do I get started?

You can book a class here on my scheduling page. If you have any questions before booking feel free to email/call/text and I will answer any questions you have. I do also offer private Yoga classes if you want to start there.

What makes your classes different?

My classes are very unique because they are small(4students) I create a new sequence each class. There is huge emphasis on body autonomy. I demo an asana or movement offering options and encourage you to find how it best fits for you body. We use a pole for a prop. There is a blend of effort and relaxation. The main focus is embodiment. For you to feel safe and grounded in your body, releasing tension and overwhelm. Attention to sensation rather than perfect form. By learning to inhabit the body and observe the mind we experience liberation. Taking time to tune inward amplifies peace in your life and community. I am honored to share this practice with you.

How can I contact you?

What is mobility training?

You can reach me anytime here on my contact page. Or you can email/call/text. I aim to respond within one business day.

Mobility training improves the function and and range oof motion in your joints by combining strength and flexibility. It uses controlled dynamic movements that strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments around your joints. This reduces risk of injury and improves posture and overall enjoyment of movement.

What is your Yoga background?

I discovered Yoga when I was seventeen and it saved my life and prepared me for my dharma. I have mostly had a personal at home practice for the past thirty-three years, with some periods of time studying with a teacher. My areas of study with instructors has been; Iyengar, Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini. I have taken what I love from these and left behind what does not serve. I am also a Thai massage therapist, pole dance instructor, artist and Mother. These other areas of my life greatly influence my Yoga practice. I am 200YTT certified.
